What BUS registration means for your installer

"BUS registered" on this site means the installer's MCS record shows them as registered to deliver installations under the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, which is required for a homeowner to claim the grant through that installer.

An installer can be MCS certified without being BUS registered for every technology — always confirm with the installer directly that they can process the specific grant you're relying on before booking.

This flag comes directly from the MCS public register at the time of our last data refresh; it is not a guarantee, and we recommend you double-check the current status on the MCS register yourself.
